If a statement will not open, save the error file on the Import page. You can open that file in Notes or Notepad to check what data has been exported. It is not your bank statement, and it does not have your name.
Send me that error file only if you want this kind of statement added. Your name and account numbers are taken out first. Dates and amounts stay. Do not send the PDF.
